 Nylaflow is used.  I've tried other brands of nylon, but the Nylaflow has
 better qualities - specifically stiffness and heat resistance.
 
 
 The loads used on the cycle tests were quite small, in the order of five
 pounds,  There were no cycle tests performed at the rated load of 3,000# per
 lineal foot.
 
 I've been out of town and it will take a few days before I can get to
 sending you a hinge sample.
