It is just as easy to send you a copy off line. OPen it up in MS Word. Watch the formatting if you put in or take anything out - especially the numbering. I still have not nailed down that black art. If anyone knows a wizard with MS Word and would like to take a shot at making the formatting more stable, let me know and I'll send them a copy.
