Have you tried changing nothing?

 

Of course you pulled the mixture to idle cutoff to shut down. That needs to be released from the cutoff position. If my refueling is done in 20 minutes or less on a 70 degree  or warmer day I just push in the red knob and turn the key. No prime. My theory is it was running fine when I shut down and nothing has changed much so leave it alone. Works fine for me.

 

Outside those parameters I may prime for cold conditions or run boost pump to clear vapor lock for hot.
