"Has anyone out there with a L360 had problems with aileron vibration?"

Quite a few, I believe. If you haven´t done so yet, you will need to install two half moon ribs on each aileron in order to stiffen the lip that holds the counterweights. The problem seems to be, that the lip is a tad flexible so that the ailerons are actually able to buzz (flutter!) slightly. The half moon ribs lock the CW´s relative to the aileron itself and the buzz disappears. The ribs should be positioned near each end of the counterweights but, of course, between the hinges. - And don´t forget to drill drain holes through the ribs.

The hinge pin problem is well known as already described by Scott Krueger. You might want to visit Chris Zavatson´s web site
http://www.n91cz.com/HingePlay/hinges.htm
- Chris has a nice solution to the problem (and other issues too!).

Adding some preload to the ailerons aka Scott´s description might also be a good idea. This will add some drag, though, so be prepared to participate in racing for the scenery only. Somewhat like Scott does it................  :-)
