Aircraft Spruce has "Cable Safe" fittings that
work fine for passing throttle cables and others through the firewall. For
cables like the heat box control you need the plain ones, and for cables like
the throttle control with fittings on the end, you need the split ones.
They also come in 1/4" and 3/16", so measure the diameter of your
cables.
