Lancair notified me that they will not be able to ship the fuel filter shown in their catalog because of vendor problems and no substitute was offered.  Aircraft Spruce shows nothing useful for us on their web site.  What is the current wisdom on fuel filters for the Continental engines? Anyone have positive or negative experiences to report?  Any recommendations one way or the other?
