I wondered the same thing. On the Hartzell website it says:
"I'd like to use a composite propeller. What do you have available?
Hartzell has developed a number of composite blades designed for specific aircraft (aerobatic, regional airline, & corporate aircraft), but does not currently offer them for the typical kit plane application."
I am not sure what it would take for Hartzell to offer them for a Legacy, maybe a little more paperwork than they want to do at this time.

At the Sun-N-Fun & Oshkosh shows I saw that the Cirrus Turbo had a new composite Prop. made by Hartzell, and it look very nice!.
