With flaps up,I adjust the transducer to have 0° on the indicator. Then,I set the flaps down (40°) and the indicator says 5°. I turn the small screw on the indicator to have 40° indicated, then I retract the flaps and the indicator says 20° and cannot have something better than that. The transducer's rod is directly linked to the flap motor bellcrank . That means when the bellcrank and the flaps make a 40° movement, the transducer's rod do the same. But I am unable to see the right indication on my indicator!!!! Can you explain me what's wrong ?I suppose I am missing something, but what ? The transducer MFG P/N is : N 0911000401000,S/N A 1218; the position sender MFG P/N is 1H1 ;S/N A 401 Thank you for your help. You must make sure the actuator rod is giving the most possible travel and that its position on the shaft of the sender pot is proper. They have been used extensively but are not easy to set up. Disconnect the unit from the bellcrank and turn it by hand to see if you can get the range you want then you will know if it capable of working.
