I am in the midst of pressure testing my ES-P xl.  We seemed to get
the majority of leaks plugged and eventually cycled several times up to
7 PSI.  Even at the normal operating pressure of 5.5 psi the fuselage
bulged out sideways a bit.  The greatest growth was just aft of the
door.  Do you IV-P builders have record of your changes in width and
height?
