Carl, I don't think you are doing anything wrong. If most of your
leaking is from the exhaust valve, then 62 in pretty low in my opinion
(honestly, I think 62 is pretty low, regardless). If the leak check was
done cold, then I would do it with a warmed-up engine. Give Ron Monson
a call at 909-593-5008. If I remember correctly, you are on the west
coast. I think the key to exhaust valve life running the engine the way
you do is quality parts and low valve seat run-out.
