As far as I know, most modern camera shutters work
in such a way that all of the prop blur you will see is like it is in your
photos. Symetrical.
Older cameras have what is called a focal-plane
shutter, and I think it moves a certain way that produces that whacked out,
curved prop phenomina. I love it - think it's very cool. It probably only works
well at certain rpm settings and shitter speeds.
