Subject: More cooling ducts
9284 is the left exhaust/cooling outlet from the side, full open; 9282
is the left full open, and 9283 is the left closed. 9285 is the right
outlet full open and the oil cooler outlet behind it. 9286 is the oil
cooler inlet on the back-left-top of the cowl. 9287 is the accessory
cooling inlet at the front top of the cowl, which feeds the duct that
runs along the inside of the cowl as shown in 9288. Note the four small
90 deg 1/4" dia. curved outlets in the middle. These blow air on the
four ignition coils on top of the crankcase. The duct then goes back to
feed the manifold on the firewall shown in 9289. From this manifold, two
3/8" tubes go to the LightSpeed ignitions, one 3/8" goes to the
gascolator, one 3/8" to the mechanical fuel pump, and one 1/4" tube goes
to the oil separator.
