According to Lycoming, the minimum CHT is 150dF. TCM does not give a number, but reading between the lines leaves one with the impression that they think 200dF is a reasonable low limit. They set their liquid cooled engine at 240 continuous and it has the same barrels and pistons, etc. as the air-cooled engine. You can hardly ever get 'em that cold.
