I installed my cable routing by marking the path, drilling the bulk heads, warming the tubing in Hot water (do not get the water inside the tube) and then duct taping the tubing in place.

 

One bid in places, then finish with one bid to support rest of tubing after tape is removed. I also added the bell crank and put the permanent eyelets at the pedal and the crimped sections at the bell crank.  I also have pictures if needed.
