Does this replace the new Lancair seat pan?
I thought the new Lancair seat bottom/pan was special high strength steel to
minimize stretch/rebound following a high G impact (in addition to the
memory foam). Outside of the recline feature and reduced height, I thought
the "low rebound" pan was one of the main advantages of the new (high G)
seat. In one of the prototypes I saw, the pan was welded on. Rick

Are you making seat forms for sale, or just bragging about your own?
Yes in both cases. I am delighted with my seats, and we will sell copies. Cost is $550 each which includes the one-piece back and the two-piece hollow base. We plan to begin shipping in April. I'll add some dimensions to the photos and post soon. Robert M. Simon, ES-P N301ES
