The Lasic folks are quite upfront about it. I have enjoyed 20/25 vision for three to four years but unfortunately I'm not getting any younger. So now I'm back to using readers and there is a restriction on my medical to that effect. I'm sure that this procedure is not for everyone but for me it was worth every penny. If I have to repeat it every 5 or 6 years to have young eyes, so be it. I am very thankful that I can afford it and that it works. Best Regards, Bill Hogarty
