  Hi,

long time ago I installed my hydraulic and everything worked perfect. Some days ago a friend of mine aksed me whether I have checked the spool valve as we all know there are many installed reversed. Regardless that everything worked pefect, I checked it - found it reversed - installed it again, the right way.

Now I had to readjust the pressure switches, no issue with high pressure, works perfectly and holds pressure for a long time.

The problem is with the low pressure. Lowering the gear results in gear locked position with the pump stopping to run and imediately after stopping to start again. costed me one Bosch relais at this time as I reacted to slow and the contacts coocked together as this switching happend very fast for about 20 seconds :-( until I pulled the fuses.

Well after replacing the relais, the problem is - of cause - still there. Lowering the pressure in the pressure switch does not help.

So my question to already experienced ones is what to do. Also - unfortunaltely I had removed and reinstalled the small screw between the high and low pressure connections (do not aks me why...). Does anyone know for what it is worth and what you can do with it ?

Thanks in advance
