Whoa... that's awesome stuff. Very cool to be able to see that. And it sounds like you were close enough to really get a good show, too.
Flying near an MOA once, I had the controller calling traffic that was a bit farther away. It was an in-flight refueling. I looked and looked and looked because that would have been very cool to see. No joy, though.
(And to think I'm selling this thing....<sigh>)
Boy, I wish I could buy it from ya!
