Once upon a time, I heard or read (can't remember where) that in aircraft one should use coax with stranded center conductors because of vibration and fatigue issues.  True? yes/no.
It would appear that RG-400 is only available with a solid conductor-as far as I can tell.  Is the solid core then not an issue? 
 
Anyone know the difference between RG-58C/U and A/U?
