NOBODY on this list advocated doing barrel rolls above houses 100 feet above the ground.  Some were talking about a high-speed pass over the runway, followed by a pull-up (with attendant speed reduction) into a standard traffic pattern.  The others were talking about a standard 360-overhead approach.
