Now the local media is having a heyday with "few regulations from the FAA governing experimental aircraft" and that Experimental Homebuilt Aircraft utilize "Numerous Loopholes in the Regulations". Fortunately a Glasair owner in Stockton was quoted in the same TV broadcast referring to Homebuilts saying "the safest airplane in the world can crash if the pilot pulls something like this." So 3 people lost their lives because of someone's need for thrills and or to impress someone, we are all left with the consequences. Claudette Colwell
