 I was the controller working another LNC4P near PUB a few years ago when door
window blew out and depressurized.  I believe he was in the FL210+ too.  It
was very very difficult for me to understand him because the background noise
was so high.  From what I recall, his glasses were sucked out so he had a
tough time seeing, and the wind at PUB was gusting to near 40 Kts.  He made an
uneventful landing.
