How difficult is it to figure out what the fuel/air ratio would be at 15,500 at 50 LOP and see what happens when you change the air, leaving the fuel alone.  I can't imagine (with my simple mind) that an engine could run at SL on that much fuel, with all that extra air.  Can that be calculated?
