Angier,

Probably between 7 and 12 gallons. Not to sound like a wise ass but the
best answer is that you probably don't want to know...here's why. If you
know exactly how much epoxy you need for your project you might be
tempted to buy it all at once. You'll probably end up having some, maybe
lots, go out of date. My recomendation would be to buy it a gallon or
two at a time as (or a little before) you need it. It might cost a few
dollars more but in the long run it will probably save some bucks and
you'll always be using fresh epoxy. On the other hand, maybe if I had
bought all of mine at once, I wouldn't be taking 8 years!!
