 resticted by the cabin pressure outflow valves is enough to retain the
 heat where the ES lets it flow back and out the tail or baggage door?
 Also, doesn't the IVP have a pressure bulkhead behind the rear seat
 where the ES is open to behind the baggage area?

my mixer box was stuck in the full
hot position because the excessive heat had melted the plastic seals and
was preventing the valves from moving from full hot.
