 Rick is not the first to offer a "homebuilt" with more than 5 seats.
 Aerocomp has been doing that for quite some time now. The have had both
 recips and turboprops, and are now offering an airplane with either
 turboprop or jet.
 
 Steve, do you want the Feds to stop them from doing what they have been
 doing too?
 
 It is just possible that Rick may have a point.
