Interesting idea. What do you think the certified lobby - the manufacturers
that spent years and millions going through the reliability, flight
performance and manufacturing testing and standards processes, etc. - would
think about that?
Maybe different rules for non-amateur built aircraft that
operate above FL180 and amateur built aircraft that operate below FL180.
