I was concerned about the possibility of our little gascolator getting clogged on takeoff during my original flight testing,  so I installed one of Lancair's "Big Blue" fuel filters under the co-pilots floorboard between the fueltank selector and the fuel pump.  I flew my 25 hour test program without the copilots floorboard in place so that I could easily examine the filter screen before each flight.

BTY, I never did find any contamination but I am still glad that the extra filter is there.
