100 KIAS on final. I can understand why you change brake pads so often. Do 
you really call that "mild" braking? Have you considered landing the plane 
like a normal plane? Why not?

This is not meant to be insulting, and I'm sorry if it has that tone, but 
something is wrong here. Do not buffer inadequacies, fix them.
