I believe this change was specific to the Legacy.
Look for a 19 in the part number (.190 => .0187 CIPR) for your pump and a 32 in the part number for the Legacy pump(.327 => .0321 CIPR).

That certainly makes sense since all the Legacy actuators are of larger capacity.
