I scanned the blueprints for the Flap Ribs (1-6) and got them cutout on a cnc router. They match the plans perfectly. They don't match the contour of the flap skins however. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you have to custom form from scratch? Any preferences - foam or honeycomb? Almost everything in the LNC2 kit is custom fit. Flap ribs are no exception. Blueprints are not usable as templates. They just give you an example or starting point. I prefer honeycomb pre-preg - less work - better product. Bob Jude N65BJ
