Ha ha, at the risk of stating the obvious, I guess I asked for that one! ..:)..but did you have problems with it not entering properly before the mod, wasn't the existing alignment device behind the wheel satisfactory?

Upon full extension of the nose gear, the wheel is aligned with the aircraft and is assured to be straight when it is tucked into the well.
