I have a prop question that hopefully someone can answer.  I switched from a wood prop (Culver) to a new Sensenich metal prop (fixed pitch).  I seem to have picked up some vibration at high power settings (it is most noticeable at climbout).  It also occurs in high cruise (2450 and up).  I thought I had a balancing issue and had the prop dynamically balanced.  They said it was already balanced (within 1 MIP?) but added a washer and got it perfect.  After 250 bucks and a wasted trip to NC I saw absolutely no difference.  I was wondering if I have a catch 22 situation here.  My static runup can only achieve around 2050 RPM.  There is no vibration around this area, and no way to run it up on the ground to see what is going on at the higher RPM's.  I would think that the dynamic balancer should catch anything down low (that's what they said).  I have an O-320, and I don't believe I have any spinner wobble, as my front bulkhead is pretty tight.  It isn't vibrating a lot, and maybe I am being anal and expecting too much out of a prop balancing session, but it definitely seems to be vibrating more than with my other propeller.  Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
