Joseph,

Chelton charges $150 for a one-time nav & obstruction database.  Annual subscription is $1040.  This is what Jeppesen charges Chelton and they don’t mark it up.  On the other side, Chelton hasn’t charged any maintenance fees for system software upgrades..ever!
