Barry:
**Also, I want to run LOP (nice bag 'O worms, I just opened, eh?) but was told not to do it until I get the temps matched (new IO-550, for reference)? I have the Chelton system saying all EGT's are within 40 degrees of each other. Suggestions?**
Whoever told you that doesn't understand the issues. The EGT DIF values are immaterial. What you want is for all of the cylinders to reach peak EGT at very nearly the same FF. I suggest you run a GAMI lean test and see what the GAMI spread is. If it is below about .4 gph, you should be able to run very smoothly LOP. Until you do that, you have no idea how close your F:A ratios are.
It is common to have an EGT DIF of 90-100 and have excellent F:A ratios. It's also possible to have a very low DIF like you have and have very poor F:A ratios. As I said, the DIF is immaterial.
Let me know if I can help you.
