I'm working on building a Tango II from Team Tango. I want to replace the Glasair style gull-wing doors with
a single piece forward hinged canopy like a Lancair. I would like to look at the setup on a Lancair and see if Lancair
would be willing to sell those parts separately. I have gotten a response from Vans, they shipped me some awesome
CAD drawings of their forward hinged design and have offered to sell me anything I need. (Nice guys! We need more
like them in the homebuild industry.) I am interested in how the Lancair design differs from the Vans design and if it is due
to the composite construction vs aluminum construction.

This list has always had alot of good info shared. That and the low B.S. content has had me here for a few years.
