 I recessed some phenolic squares into the fuselage sidewall and baggage
 floor support rail.  I then attached 4 loops of nylon flat ribbon
 (upholstery shop)  To these I just hook my bungee cords.  They work
 well.  Considering 150 lbs max in the baggage compartment means only
 37.5 lbs per loop.  Not a big deal.
