Okay then, looks like we'll just have to organize a separate clinic here in the eastern part of the country...
Good idear... Looks like we need to use the FFI standards...what ever we do let's try to standardize it nation wide so when we get together at OSH, or wherever, we all have a clue. The less of "well, we do it this way" stuff we have, the better/safer it will be for everyone.
In addition, we will be trying to get a fellow from PA, who I'm told can FAST certify qualified pilots, to participate in the program/clinic.
In order to FAST certify someone, he must be a current FAST check pilot. Additionally, FAST cannot certify pilots in aircraft outside of their signatory agencies. FFI and FAST seems to be very similar so any willing FAST trained guys will be a huge asset to have available, but when it comes to check rides, again, we need to make sure we are all reading off of the same sheet of music.
Grease, let's still collaborate on this as the less work that is dupicated, the longer we'll be inclined to maintain our sanity!
