Peter Field:  I had a slight twist in my closed flap and tried to solve the
problem with heat; didn't work at all.  I had to perform surgery along each
just-cemented edge to free the surfaces for another epoxy attempt.  Second
attempt was completely successful and now have more than 300 hours on A/C
with no problems.    Greg Nelson
