The best idea is to have a few of these around the country every year...then we can meet at OSH and other gatherings to fly...same thing we do in the warbirds. Yes, formation is both a skill and an art that needs to be practiced more than a few times a year, but as far as organized clinics go you need lots of logistical support. Gang, I just flew 1700 miles in an L-39. My butt is sore, my brain is fried, and I have over 300 emails in my inbox...just know that I'm still on board for organizing a clinic in either SoCal or Arizona (the proverbial deserts of the west) and will take all the volunteer effort I can get!
