 Tom,  The metalurgical issues of my old 2 blade were that bronze was used in
some of the pitch change mechanism and that a tougher metal was the then
current standard plus the addition of hi and low pitch mechanical stops..
That's the limit of my knowledge about it and my memory of 12 years ago.. Don
