I have a 3 blade hyd on a 0-320DIF which was assembled in Wheeling, Illinois after being shipped from Germany in 'parts'. It was done in a timely manner, delivered to me in Southern Indiana and has been working fine without leaking seals for 125 hrs. I chose to have it assembled in the US to avoid the customs paperwork. I have not met the folks at Wheeling in person. All was handled via email and telephone (and VISA credit card). You need a hollow crank and a pad for the governor to use the hydraulic version. Earl
