 Skip is correct in his statement that an ES isn't capable of 295 mph at FL250
unless there is a huge tailwind.
 
 Remember that all aircraft manufacturer performance figures are typically
"optimistic". I believe the cruise figures that the Columbia has published are
doable.  Perhaps the aircraft you saw had a mis-print...
