Another good value is aeroplanner.com. A premium subscription is only $12 a month and you can print out all kinds of charts...WAC, sectionals, NOS plates....you name it. The flight planning program is great too, because it includes weather for your proposed departure time, profile view of the terrain along your route, and a host of other great stuff...
