On a 4000 ft runway do most of you use full flaps?  With a cross wind?
On a shorter runway?  Carry power to the ground?  Shallow approach with
power.

Steep approach with power off?  Speed over the numbers?  Touchdown speed
lightly loaded, and at gross.

Stu, I have the straight 320 with the standard Lyc 0-320 and operate off a
2,600 ft. paved strip.  I use Full flaps on all landings, no matter what
the length of the runway and only some cross wind correction settings.  I carry power all the way down to flair and then feather the power.  As
the power comes back, so does the stick.  My air speeds are as follows - Gear speed 120mph;
Final approach 100 mph slowing down to 90mph approaching the numbers then
85 over the numbers and touch down speed as slow as you can get it...  Hope this helps
