I never noticed any vibration, but did find the paint cracked on both the
inside and outside along the length of the up-curving section of the lower aileron skin
which supports the counter balance.  Found no visible cracking in the glass epoxy
at all.
It was obvious that this section had been flexing.

I floxed in  2 webs of 1/4" prepreg,  covered with 2 bid glass.    It is a
LOT stiffer
now.  Hope this is enough.
