The timing of this event could not have been worse IMHO. I've flown into & out of SNF a number of times and believe the best help would come from a second set of eyes helping look for aircraft not following the standard approach as described via NOTAMs. Know how to control your aircraft safely without reference to the panel since you need to be looking outside at all times.
