I plan on racing in the Sun 100 next week(110-160 HP class). I have just a couple of problems. 1) It may snow in Detroit next Monday and 2) Where to stay when I am in Lakeland.

Does anyone know how you get from the airport to a hotel or downtown Lakeland? Are there cabs or busses? Any hotel/motel suggestions? How about camping? Do you have to rent the camp sight for the week? I will probably only stay Tuesday night. On to Marathon after that.
