Johnson, MD" : Any chance the hot CHT's have nothing to do with intake ice, but rather simultaneous ice buildup in the air inlets on either side of the cowl in the IV? Seems that it would not take much ice there just inside the opening to have a significant impact on the amount or distribution of cooling airflow for the cylinders. Doug Johnson
