Another good source would be a computer store such as Fry's where they sell computer component parts. Most of the fans for the enclosures are 12 V, even some of the CPU cooling fans, although they're more likely to be 5 V. If you have an old dead PC power supply, dig the fan out of it -- it'll also be 12V. Usually you can go to computer stores and ask them for old 386 machines they've thrown out. Two fans there, one on the enclosure and one in the power supply. These kind of fans generally won't turn up a tornado, but may be sufficient for your purposes.
